Marx 1950’s Mechanical Roadster: 6 ¾” long with a wind up mechanism.
The car body is made of tin and it has four wooden wheels and no undercarriage cover like similar body styles Marx made. The car also comes with a thin plastic windshield, which is often missing or cracked. The wind up mechanism drives the car forward.
There are at least two known variations (pictured below) but there could be others. Both variations resemble each other but have reversed the color of the car and Marx also changed the license plate. There are also three lithographed box variations, a red, a green and a blue. The box design stays the same through out each variation, just the color of the ink changes.
