Army Truck 1930
The description below was taken from the Greenburg’s Guide To Marx Toys Vol.2
“Army Truck (Medium): 10 1/2 “ long, This windup truck has a khaki brown body, truck bed, cab, hood and wheels, “U.S.A. Army D-105” in black on the side of the cab, the Marx logo on the front of the hood and “U.S.A. Army Truck” on the canvas top. The driver may have come from such similar series as the Rex and King Racers.
Unlike the small Army Truck, the medium Army Truck has front fenders, wording on its canvas top, a driver and no star on top of the cab. Also, there are different markings on the doors and a raised design of spokes on its wheels.”
The truck is not hard to find, the box however is considerably more difficult to locate.
