The smoky Sam car is made of red plastic and has yellow ladders on the side there is a non-operational white plastic bell on the hood which is decorated with the design of embossed flowers the driver has a plastic body and wears a yellow plastic fire helmet on his head a gold decal is on his hat it reads chief.
